WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in the event of a product defect or an incorrect shipment. No exchanges, no exceptions.
Merch Lords assumes no liability for errors made by you or your customers, including:
Sizing errors (i.e. customer puts in wrong sizes)
Shipping and address errors (i.e. customer inputs wrong address for delivery)
Non-defect customer dissatisfaction (i.e. customer does not like color or material)
Misprints or missing items must be brought to the attention of Merch Lords within 4 weeks from the close date of the store. A misprint is defined as a defect caused by a production error.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns on items purchased from the online store.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Prices that are listed on the site do not include postage. Postage is determined at the time of purchase.

WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIME?
We do our best to ship in stock items as quickly as possible (normally less than 10 business days). However, your order will be on hold if not all items are in stock. Please be patient. We are a small company.
WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Unfortunately, international orders require a much longer processing time than domestic United States orders. There may be (up to) a 30 day processing period for all international orders. This DOES NOT include transit time. Carriers may take up to 30 days or longer to deliver international parcels. Once a parcel leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and therefore, is entirely out of our control. Once it is shipped, there is nothing we can do unless the parcel is returned to us. International customers are advised to order at your own risk.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
All orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are processed through USPS as well.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? / DAMAGES
Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. Please keep up to date with tracking information, and contact the shipping company with any questions or concerns. Shipping notifications are automatically sent when a label is created for your package. All items are shipped securely.. Once the order is shipped, MERCH LORDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage incurred in transit to your package. By ordering from this site you agree to these terms.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We are an extremely small company, and we do our best to keep everyone happy. Please be patient as processing and shipping times will vary. If you have a deadline, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes; however, Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. International orders may require a longer processing time. No exceptions. Sorry.
WHAT HAPPENS IF CUSTOMS IS HOLDING MY PACKAGE?
This is out of our hands, and we will not contact Customs for you. Sorry.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
We cannot guarantee delivery of any order. If we receive your package back to our facility, we will be in touch with you.
ARE SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDABLE?
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A PRE-ORDERED ITEM AND ANOTHER THAT’S CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE?
These items will be held until they can ship together. If you wish for a different result, please place the orders separately.
HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?
They are true-to-size. However, please keep in mind that these are mass produced garments. We do not manufacture these garments. We only print them. While they are very high quality, Merch Lords will not issue refunds for the following: loose threads, fit, or inconsistencies with the garment itself.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I OPEN A PAYPAL CLAIM WITH MERCH LORDS?
Any customer that issues a PayPal claim with Merch Lords for any reason will be permanently and irreversibly BANNED from ordering from this site for life without any warning. Any future (attempted) order will be refunded in full without correspondence. By ordering from this site, you are accepting responsibility for your actions.
